Paul says in 1 Corinthians that you don’t need more instructors but you need Fathers in Christ. So many Believers today are floaters and go from church to church because they don’t understand what the role of a Pastor is supposed to have in their life or they don’t understand what the local church is really supposed to be and what their role is to be in it.
